As a member of the Camiros team, LLG worked with Tri County Community Action to further the revitalization of the South Allison Hill neighborhood in Harrisburg, PA. Building on previous planning efforts, goals of this project included engaging those not typically involved in planning efforts, such as the neighborhood youth, and identifying early action projects for immediate implementation. Plan concepts and illustrations incorporated potential improvements to various land uses, buildings, open spaces, and circulation routes. A final plan included a metric-based evaluation system, acknowledged opportunities for near, medium, and long-term projects, and clearly identified roles for stakeholders.
